Cheezy Vegan, about a 20 to 30 minute drive from Philadelphia, recently celebrated their grand opening and the new menu meant I had to go check it out. Everyone was so kind and welcoming.
The menu includes an all day brunch, sandwiches, and other delicious looking noms. Luckily, my friend and I were willing to share a bunch of things and take lots of food home. We each ordered two entrees and a third to go for our hubbies. We started with these:
*Spinach & Mushroom Omelette
*Jewish Apple Pancakes
*Gou laa laa
*Sweet Dreams are Made of Cheese
*And Chef Reeky brought us Franks Red Hot dry rub wings with blue cheese sauce to try as an upcoming menu item

I cannot even express in words how delicious the food was. We both gorged and could not finish a single dish. Gooey, cheesy, fresh, and yummers was every bite. My favorite was the omlett, but I would order every dish again.
Then I ordered the Nothing Cheddar Than This to take home with left overs. I forgot to take a photo, but the grits covered in veggies, faux sausage, and cheeze was also delicious.

Cheezy Vegan gets four out of five vegan cupcakes. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant and enjoying as much as possible. I will certainly be returning. The next time with Hubby!
