There is a new weekly event in Philly called the Philly Vegan Night Market. It is a pop up shop on South Street on Thursday evenings. Every week is different because the small businesses participating is always different.
Last Thursday had Vegky at the market and I was thrilled to try the mushroom jerky. I took home the Original and the Curry. The Curry is already all gone!
Both Hubby and I chowed down on the jerky. It is meaty, but not dry or hard. The flavor is not overly mushroom, but reminiscent of a traditional jerky flavor.
If you can get your hands on Vegky, it’s worth a try. Yummers!
