I use a minimum of spices for my tofu scramble and use fresh vegetables to create a tasty meal.
1 block extra firm tofu, drained for at least 5 minutes
1/8 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
The veggies used are up to you. I have amounts of certain ones in the video above.
Start by letting your tofu drain. Using a fork, mash tofu to desired consistency. Stir in spices. Over medium heat, cook in 1 TBS water or 1 TBS margarine. Add all the vegetables you desire and cook to the consistency you enjoy.
