Hemp Hearts

I have recently been exercising more and need a little more protein in my diet. A larger blog post coming soon about this, once I figure more out about myself. One thing I have added to my diet is hemp. Hemp is high in protein and adds a nutty flavor. I only sprinkle it on top of things so far and Manatoba Harvest tastes better than others I have tried. If looking to add protein and omegas, this is a nice way to do so.
