Even during physical distancing I want to try new things. I went to a different grocery store this week looking for something specific I am about to run out of. They didn’t have it, but this vegan tortellini by Kite Hill was on sale. Fun! I’m not sure I have ever had tortellini.
I made big salads and boiled these up to serve with a jar of spaghetti sauce.
Yummers! Hubby and I both really enjoyed the tortellini. A chewy texture with a cheesy filling. It was a nice change of pace and a super easy meal. Give it a try if you get a chance.
