Food Conspiracy

We spent the day at a State Park and needed to refuel. The closet place was this grocery/sandwich counter at about mile marker 33. A fun place with great owners. The women behind the counter were super nice. Hubby and I both got a tofu, avocado, and vegan cheese wrap and shared a Blue Sky and a bag of avocado oil cooked potato chips. We also picked up a couple locally made vegan cookies. Can’t ask for better when in the middle of nowhere and starving. Three out of five vegan cupcakes. Good enough and I would go back, plus the people were awesome.
