A local health food store or vegetarian/vegan restaurant may already have one for you, just ask. Another option is to do an online search and order one or many. Many different kinds of groups offer starter kits. Sometimes the group is focused on health, such as PCRM, and other groups are focused on animal welfare, such as PETA. The beauty of your vegan diet decision is that your journey starts with your reasons, no one else’s. You get to decide your motivations and what groups you want to support.
