We were walking around downtown and suddenly very hungry. Yes, this happens often for us. A quick search revealed Apothecary Dining. I am always a bit anxious about places focused on the healing aspects of the meal. Sometimes it can lead to less flavorful food or even bitter experiences. This was not the case!
It was chilly out, so I quickly ordered the Aphrodisia Elixir of Love. It’s like a mild hot cocoa and was delicious. Hubby drank a bunch of it too.
To start our meal, we ordered the yuca fries and nachos. A whole meal can be made from the nachos! The cashew cheese is delightfully spicy.
Luckily we both ordered smaller entrees! I picked the Miso soup and Hubby got a roasted vegetable salad.
Everything was delicious and just what we wanted.
The space is large and comfortable with a kind staff. Not busy during our lunch, but I imagine they have a good dinner crowd.
Apothecary Dining gets four out of five vegan cupcakes. We would absolutely return and enjoy the yummers food.
