Pho Is For Lovers

Hubby and I were looking for somewhere to eat at the last minute and Pho Is For Lovers popped up on my phone. I had read others talk about it, but had not visited. Now was the chance!

There are actually multiple options to choose from, even for my gluten-free self. I, of course, picked the vegan pho. Hubby ordered the vegan banh mi and summer rolls.

Hubby said it was the best banh mi he has ever had. What? My pho was delicious and the rolls good too.

The restaurant is fast casual and roomy.

We really enjoyed our meal and will go back. How many cupcakes? We debated this question and decided on four out of five vegan cupcakes. Definitely check it out when in the area.
