I know. I know. Lots of people have already had a chance to try the new Sofritas at Chipotle. Today was my first chance. I ordered my regular vegetarian bowl with the Sofritas and yummers. Spicy with a nice new texture to my meal. Totally worth trying of you haven’t had a chance. And totally worth ordering when I find myself needing food in a suburban strip mall.
An Everyday Vegan 
I’m not vegan or vegetarian, but the sofritas are the best protein option on the menu (well, behind the barbacoa). I have to say, they did a really great job with it!
